Qualification & Experience Requirement

MSc in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering with a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience out of which minimum of 5 years in airport related area with a focus on Special Airport Systems (SAS) design/integration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical assurance and review of Special Airport Systems (SAS) designs for the Terminal Building, Ground Transportation Center (GTC), and Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower. Focus on IT, Security, Communication, and BMS/BHS integration.

Qualification & Experience Requirement
A Minimum of MSc Degree in Architect/Civil Eng or Airport Planning with a Minimum 08 years related experience out of which 05 years in airport planning, design, and ICAO compliance for large international hubs or related areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural and planning review of Terminal Building (F1), GTC, and ATC designs from concept to detail, ensuring compliance with the Project Manual, Ethiopian codes, and ICAO/IATA standards. Review terminal layout, passenger flow, and efficiency against CONOPS and IATA Level of Service targets. Ensure alignment with the BIA Master Plan and future operations, providing expert input on airfield geometry, capacity planning, passenger flow, and NAVAIDS integration.
